Commencement 2021: What you need to know!

TO: Faculty & staff

Dear Champlain colleagues,

The Commencement Planning Committee has been hard at work creating a meaningful send-off for our graduating students. We are grateful for those of you who recorded video messages and offered to help with the in-person ceremonies on campus. As we know many of you are eager to tune in and cheer on our students, we want to share details for how you can access the virtual ceremonies.

All ceremonies will be available to watch at our Commencement 2021 hub at commencement.champlain.edu. Clear instructions will be provided on the website for accessing all ceremonies. Students and families tuning in virtually will experience a pre-recorded ceremony. Friends and families with students attending the in-person ceremonies will be able to view a livestream of these ceremonies—which includes both live and pre-recorded content.

You can share your excitement with the Champlain community by posting your well-wishes using the hashtag #ChampGrad and get featured on the Commencement social media tag wall. Click here for instructions.

We encourage you to visit commencement.champlain.edu for all Commencement-related information, FAQs, and celebration ideas. Please email graduation@champlain.edu with any questions.

Sincerely,

The Commencement Planning Committee
